The newly married couple (upholsterer and inspector) relocated to Cantonment Florida in the summer of 1993, with a 4-year-old, a 2-year-old and another on the way. Dale worked for several local upholstery shops and small-scale factory set ups until they were able to purchase a property and build a workshop of their very own in 1995. Servicing several local designers and interior decorators, along with the public from word-of-mouth advertising only. Dale passed away in 2003 unexpectantly. Tina, unable to manage alone, kept her skill up working locally for other workrooms, and the occasional side project on nights and weekends, In 2021, their son David returned home to transform them into Southland Reproductions Custom Upholstery, LLP by joining forces with his mother.
